Greetings Everyone,
Welcome to Daytona955i.Proboards.Com. I am the Admin of this "Work in Progress" Forum. Please bear with me as this site grows in Information.
A little about myself: I started riding back in 1986 on a Honda Nighthawk 700S. Man, did I love that bike. Maybe because it was my first bike. After riding several different bikes over a 7 year span, I took a 13 year hiatuses from riding. I started to ride again in May 2006 when I’d purchased a 2006 Triumph Sprint ST. I currently have two Triumphs’ in my Stable: a 2008 Sprint ST and a 2002 Daytona 955i CE. I'd traded my 2006 Sprint ST for the 2008 Sprint ST around Thanksgiving 2008 and immediately rack up 30K Miles in the 1st ten months. I had some Fantastic Rides during that time. During the next 10 months I only racked up 10K on both the Sprint ST & Daytona. I’m a bit behind on my riding quota. The Daytona is a recent addition to my stable. What a machine...
The reason for creating this Forum… I was tired of trying to find sites that had decent information about Motorcycles Routes for the Southwestern portion of the USA. So I created this Forum. Another reason is while I'm on the road I would like an easy to navigate site with information that I feel will assist me while I am riding. In addition to posting Decent to Great Motorcycle Routes that will include Maps and GARMIN Downloadable Files, I plan on adding information of various Triumph Dealerships across the USA as well as Links to various Triumph RAT Pack's Websites. I’m sure that I will be adding other information as time goes along either from things that I find useful and or from suggestions that come in.
I hope you enjoy the Site. Be sure to register so you may interact with those that post on here.
Sincerely,
Marty – Yotes65
